AutoLead Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Adzeem collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use AutoLead or connect a supported social account.

1. Scope and Controller

AutoLead is an AI-assisted content workflow operated by Adzeem for automotive dealerships and marketing teams. This Policy applies to AutoLead web pages, accounts, generated assets, support interactions, and optional social-platform connections. Third-party platforms such as TikTok process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Account and business information: name, business email, dealership or organization, role, authentication records, plan, billing status, usage credits, and support communications.

Inventory and content: vehicle listings, stock identifiers, prices, specifications, photographs, videos, logos, brand guidelines, captions, prompts, approvals, generated assets, and delivery history supplied by you or an authorized inventory source.

TikTok connection information: when you choose to connect TikTok through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok provides a platform user identifier (open_id), basic profile details such as display name and avatar, the scopes you approved, access and refresh tokens, token expiration times, and API responses needed to track delivery status. We do not receive or store your TikTok password.

Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages and features used, diagnostic logs, security events, and cookie or analytics identifiers where enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users; provide tenant-specific workspaces; import and organize authorized inventory; generate, review, store, and export marketing assets; connect accounts at your direction; deliver a user-selected video draft to the user’s TikTok inbox; poll delivery status; operate subscriptions and credits; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and support the service; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

4. TikTok Integration and User Control

TikTok access is optional and begins only after you select Connect and approve TikTok’s authorization screen. AutoLead currently requests user.info.basic to identify the connected account and video.upload to send a video to that account’s TikTok inbox. AutoLead does not request direct-publishing permission and does not publish a post to your profile. You remain in control: you select the asset, initiate delivery, and complete or discard the draft inside TikTok.

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as needed to operate AutoLead: to TikTok/ByteDance when you authorize a connection or initiate draft delivery; to cloud hosting, storage, analytics, email, security, customer-support, and payment providers acting for us; to professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok user data for targeted advertising.

6. Legal Bases and Business Purposes

Depending on your location, we process information to perform our contract with you, follow your instructions, operate and secure the service, comply with law, and pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. Where consent is required, including for optional platform connections or certain cookies, you may withdraw it prospectively.

7. Retention

We retain account, workspace, content, delivery, and billing records for as long as needed to provide AutoLead, meet contractual or legal duties, resolve disputes, and secure the service. TikTok tokens are retained while the connection is active and are deleted or made unusable when the connection is removed, the account is closed, or retention is no longer necessary. Limited backup, audit, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may remain for a reasonable period where legally permitted.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can decline to connect TikTok, revoke AutoLead access in TikTok settings, and choose whether to complete any delivered draft. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal regarding personal information. To request removal of an AutoLead social connection or exercise a privacy right, email info@adzeem.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority for the relevant dealership account.

9. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, tenant separation, monitoring, and encryption of social access and refresh tokens at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. International Processing

AutoLead and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

AutoLead is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through AutoLead.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. We will post the updated version here and change the Last Updated date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
