AutoLead Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AutoLead, an AI-assisted content workflow operated by Adzeem for automotive dealerships and marketing teams.

1. The AutoLead Service

AutoLead helps authorized users organize dealership inventory and brand information, generate and review digital marketing assets, and deliver user-selected video drafts to supported social platforms. For TikTok, AutoLead uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API’s upload-to-inbox workflow. AutoLead does not publish directly to a user’s TikTok profile: the user receives the draft in TikTok and decides whether to edit, complete, or post it.

2. Eligibility and Account Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use AutoLead for a company or dealership, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and to connect any social account you authorize. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your AutoLead account and for activity performed through it.

3. Social Platform Connections

Connecting TikTok is optional and occurs through TikTok’s authorization screen. AutoLead requests only the permissions displayed there, currently basic profile information and permission to upload a draft to your TikTok inbox. You may revoke access through TikTok or ask us to remove the connection. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, technical limits, account settings, and review requirements. We are not responsible for platform outages, rejected uploads, API changes, or actions taken by a third-party platform.

4. Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of inventory data, photographs, video, logos, brand materials, captions, and other content you submit. You grant Adzeem a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure AutoLead. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for all submitted content, including vehicle imagery, trademarks, music, people shown in media, and advertising claims.

5. AI-Generated Output and User Review

AutoLead uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated captions, images, layouts, recommendations, and other outputs may contain errors or require changes. You must review and approve each asset before delivery or publication and remain responsible for accuracy, disclosures, intellectual-property rights, advertising compliance, and the final decision to post. We do not guarantee engagement, sales, rankings, or other business results.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use AutoLead to violate law or platform policy; infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights; distribute deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or malicious content; upload malware; probe or disrupt the service; bypass access controls or usage limits; scrape accounts without authorization; or connect an account you do not control. We may suspend activity that creates security, legal, or platform-compliance risk.

7. Plans, Credits, and Payment

Paid features, subscriptions, and usage credits are described at purchase or in a separate service agreement. Credits represent access to service actions and have no cash value. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable order. Failed or overdue payment may result in suspension of paid features.

8. Adzeem Materials

AutoLead software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, templates, and branding are owned by Adzeem or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. No ownership in AutoLead is transferred to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information, including information received when you connect TikTok.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoLead is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or specific business results. Adzeem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party platform actions arising from the service. Any limitations that cannot lawfully apply are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using AutoLead at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens AutoLead or a third-party platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia.
